AutoSwipe ("we", "our", "us") is a Chrome extension that automates swiping on Tinder. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Email address — collected during Stripe checkout to deliver your license key and manage your subscription.
License key — generated and stored on our server to validate your Pro subscription status.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any Tinder profile data (photos, names, bios, messages).
We do not track your browsing activity outside of Tinder.
We do not use cookies or analytics trackers on our website.
Profile data shown in the extension sidebar is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

4. How We Use Your Data

To deliver your license key via email after purchase.
To validate your license key when the extension checks Pro status.
To manage subscription lifecycle (renewals, cancellations).

5. Data Storage & Security

Your email and license key are stored on a secure AWS server. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We use HTTPS for all communications.

6. Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
Resend — transactional email delivery (privacy policy)

7. Data Retention

We retain your email and license data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after expiration. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@autoswipe.net.

9. Chrome Extension Permissions

storage — to save your settings and license key locally in the browser.
activeTab — to inject the sidebar UI on tinder.com.
host_permissions (tinder.com) — to interact with Tinder's web interface for auto-swiping.
host_permissions (autoswipe.net) — to validate your license key with our server.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
